Helping you live well at home

Personal home care built around your routines and the way you want to live.

Why Muzaana?

Care begins with knowing the person

Good care isn’t a list of tasks. It starts with understanding how someone likes to live and what helps them feel comfortable, respected and in control.

  • We listen before care begins

The first assessment looks at your health and care needs, but it also covers your routines, preferences, communication, culture, beliefs and the people you want involved.

  • You know who is coming

Continuity matters. Wherever possible, Muzaana provides care through a small, familiar group of carers who get to know you and your routines.

  • We notice when something changes

Carers record each visit and report concerns. The care team stays in contact with you, your family where agreed, and the professionals involved in your support.

  • Your care can change with you

Care plans aren’t fixed forever. We review your support and make changes when you need more help, less help or a different approach.

How Care Works

Starting care is simpler than you may think

Care needs can develop gradually or appear suddenly after a fall, illness or hospital stay. You don’t need to work everything out before speaking to us. We’ll listen, explain the options and help you decide what happens next.

  1. Step 1

    Talk to us

Tell us what is happening, where care is needed and what support you are considering. You don’t need to have all the answers before calling.

  2. Step 2

    Meet at home

We arrange an assessment at a suitable time. We discuss what you can do, where you need help, what matters to you and any risks we need to plan for.

  3. Step 3

    Agree your care

We prepare a care plan for you to read and agree. It explains when carers will visit, what they’ll help with and how you want that support provided.

  4. Step 4

    Begin and review

We introduce your care team and start the agreed visits. We stay in contact and review your care so it can change when your needs do.

    Outstanding Level of Care

Paulina and her team came to me highly recommended and I don't honestly know how we would have got through the last year without them. Mum’s medical condition meant that she needed 24 hour live in care. The carers that came to stay, under the guidance of Paulina, were all exceptional, combining high professional standards with outstanding emotional intelligence. Paulina is a brilliant nurse. She and her team took the time to understand Mum's needs and wishes, and consistently ensured her comfort, dignity and peace of mind at all times. With endless compassion, kindness and professionalism, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MCS to anyone looking for outstanding care, and we will be forever grateful to Paulina and her wonderful colleagues.

    Muzaana Care provided excellent support…

Muzaana Care provided excellent support to not just my mother but the entire family. As her live in carers, they were with my mother throughout a long illness which included many hospital visits. During it all they gave mum dignity, respect and friendship not to mention superb care, dealing with a vast array of medical needs as well as providing emotional support. We could not have asked for more, including the way they proactively and discreetly thought of all her needs, advising and planning everything she might require. Mum grew very fond of the entire team as did we, and so grateful for the light and comfort they provided and for making her illness manageable. They are very special wonderful people who I could not recommend more highly.

    Exemplary Care at Home

Pauline and her team cared for my elderly parents in law for several months in there home during 2024/2025. All the carers were extremely kind, gentle and compassionate. Winnie in particular forged a strong bond with them and helped them greatly through difficult times. All personal and domestic needs were taken care of and hospital appointments were also covered when family couldn’t attend. The team were flexible, efficient and reliable and communication was excellent throughout. I highly recommend Muzaana Care Services.

  • Each member of the Muzaana team is among the most helpful people I have ever encountered, and they quickly became like family.
