Paulina Lubega
Registered Manager and Nominated Individual
Paulina leads Muzaana Care Services from its Feltham office. She is listed by the Care Quality Commission as the service’s Registered Manager and Nominated Individual.
Her nursing background shapes how the team assesses people’s needs, plans care and responds when someone’s health or circumstances change.
Paulina and the Muzaana team take time to understand each person’s routines, communication, culture, beliefs and the people they want involved. Wherever possible, care is provided by a small group of familiar carers who get to know the person well.
